Smooth chutney sauces are a versatile accompaniment to many dishes. They make a wonderful baste, glaze or dip and can be used in a variety of stir fries, as a marinade or simply used by those who prefer less texture in their chutneys.

We are very proud of our Hoi Sin Sauce which is comprised of a complex blend of spices with locally grown plums and Sussex honey. Try zesty Cumberland Sauce with baked ham. For a sublime sauce for cold chicken, mix Mango Chutney Sauce with a creamy mayonnaise. The above will last unopened for 18 months. Once opened, please refrigerate. Bottle size 250ml.

A Companion for... Duck & Poultry made from a base of our award winning Seville Marmalade, and then blended with coriander, shallots, wine vinegar and Grand Marnier. Try with seared Bressingham duck breasts or smear over goose half way through roasting – even adds luxury to a basic roast chicken dinner.

A Companion for... Fish & Seafood made from a base of our fantastic Lime Marmalade, and then blended with fresh fennel, shallots and Pernod. Fabulous with sweet scallops, pan fried Brill or crab cakes.

A Companion for... Game & Venison made from a base of our fruity and fragrant Blackcurrant Jam, and then blended with Crème de Cassis, juniper, shallots, celery and spices. Try braising tender venison steaks and finishing with a generous swirl of sauce. Or perhaps use with pigeon breasts, artichoke hearts, walnuts and tiny braised shallots.

These sauces can be served cold, though we recommend they be used in cooking as suggested. Recipe ideas will appear on our website shortly.
