We use only the freshest ingredients to create a superb range of additive free jams and conserves.
Many of the fruits used are grown by independent local producers (rhubarb, apples, pears, plums,
gages, cherries, gooseberries, etc.) Each year, the autumn harvest brings an abundance of foraged
treats (blackberries, elderberries, damsons, sloes, etc.) Only small batches are cooked in open pans,
stirred by hand, one pan at a time.

Jams and conserves will last unopened for 2 years. Once opened, please refrigerate.
