All our fresh products are made to order. For the Hollandaise and Béarnaise, only free range eggs from a certified flock are used and the sauce is cooked to the health requirements heat standards. Our sauces are made to order. Please place your weekly order by 5 p.m. on Monday for delivery by the end of that week.
Brandy Butter available not just for Christmas - try a dollop on top of bread and butter pudding or steamed sponges. Made with light muscovado sugar, plenty of brandy and a hint of fresh orange peel. Consume within 21 days. 200g pot.
Béarnaise Sauce a close cousin to Hollandaise Sauce, Béarnaise is the favoured accompaniment to thick, juicy rib eye steak or beef of any sort. We use our own spiced vinegar and fresh shallots to spike this delicious and decadent sauce! Consume within 14 days. 200g pot.
Cranberry Sauce is the traditional accompaniment to the turkey at Christmas but it also goes extremely well with pork, lamb and game. Try it with some robust English Cheddar or creamy Somerset Brie. Made with fresh cranberries and orange with the addition of port. Consume within 21 days. 200g pot.
Luxury Crème Anglaise is sheer indulgence! Double cream and free range eggs
combined to make a soft, irresistible accompaniment to Tarte Tatin, Trifle, fruit
compotes or just to be eaten on its own – it is that satisfying. Consume within 7 days. Hummus a delicious and versatile dip, filling or accompaniment originating from the Middle East. We created our own distinctive take on a classic food. Consume within 10 days. Flavours: MellowTraditional, fresh and zingy Green Pea & Mint or Spiced Red Kidney Bean & Roast Pepper. 170g pot.
Mayonnaise a fresh sauce made with locally sourced free range egg yolks from a certified flock, olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Use as a rich accompaniment to poached fish, succulent ham or in sandwiches. Consume within 6 weeks. Flavours: Traditional; Verte (with tarragon, chives & parsley); and Garlic. 200g pots.
Pesto a fresh 'sauce' made from pounded herbs, nuts, olive oil, garlic and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Use as a classic with pasta or be more adventurous and serve with new potatoes, in soups, on bruschettas or smear on chicken prior to roasting. Consume within 21 days. Flavours: Basil, Coriander & Lemon; Spinach & Sorrel; Parsley, Watercress & Rocket; Wild Garlic or Dill, Parsley & Lime. 200g pot.
Salsa Rossa a fresh and fragrant melange of roasted peppers, tomatoes, sweet basil and garlic bound together with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Consume within 7 days. 170g pot.
Salsa Verde a sharp, piquant accompaniment to such classics as Bolito Misto or poached salmon. Made from a fusion of tarragon, parsley and mint mixed with green olives, capers and garlic bound together with lemon juice and olive oil. Consume within 7 days. 170g pot.
Tapenade a robust olive, anchovy, caper & tuna based rough puree that can be used in numerous ways, i.e. as a topping for crostini, mixed with pasta, salad dressings or just spread on rough country bread accompanied by a glass of red wine. Consume within 21 days. 170g pot.
